Pune, India, planning to start #freepublictransport one day per month

Times of India: "PUNE: The citizens of Pune will get free bus service on every last Monday of the month. The Pune Municipal Corporation's (PMC) standing committee has approved a proposal regarding it on Tuesday. The scheme is expected to be launched from next month; after final approval of general body."
