KARACHI: The enraged residents of Liaquatabad on Wednesday torched a Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) office as their protest against power suspension entered fourth day, causing financial loss amounting to millions of rupees to the company.

Angry residents of Al Karam Square, Apsara Apartment and surrounding localities of Liaquatabad Nos 1, 2, 3 and 4, including women and children, took to the Shahrah-e-Pakistan and other key roads, crippling their traffic flow.
